Foster is the flamboyant captain of Emperor Zing's elite royal guards and a villain in the episode "Lost in Space" of American Dad!.
He was voiced by Sean Hayes who also portrayed Mr. Tinkles.
Biography[]
He is charged with watching over "Slave City" at the bottom of "Mall City" which is a spacefaring slave ship designed as a big shopping mall for the emperor's compulsive convenience where individuals from all different species from other planets are being abducted by Roger's native grey big-headed race as their workers.
Jeff Fischer after being introduced by Foster was forced to get a job working at a shawarmas stand with famous movie actor Sinbad.
He was later with Emperor Zing's court during Jeff's test of true love, which only shows his negative actions in the past, showing Jeff as a mere inconsiderate and selfish jerk.
When Foster was about to castrate Jeff after the his failed test, he only finds out that it was the Shape-shifting alien disguising as Jeff on the real Jeff's behalf, he ends up getting punched and falls into the bottom of the ship, where the slaves including the castrated ones who wanted retribution against Emperor Zing's court including Foster soon beat him.
It is unknown what happened to him, it is presumably implied that he was imprisoned or killed by the slaves during the rebellion against the now deposed Emperor Zing.
