Fowleye is a mystical, anthropomorphic owl conjurer with great magic, and one of the enigmatic grotto bosses in Dragon Quest IX.

This wizard, the same way as Elusid, seems to have a theory of the existence of their kind: Apparently they are fragments of Zenus, the Almighty and he was supposedly the eyes. This sorcerer attacks with various spells (that always deal critical damage) and can also put to sleep with its eyes. This boss is a recolor of Lieutenant Hootingham-Gore and is specially weak to wind magic, so it is recommended to have Gale Fource or use spells of the Whoosh kind.
