Foy is the secondary antagonist of the 2014 film A Million Ways to Die in the West.
He is portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris, who also portrayed Dr. Blowhole in The Penguins of Madagascar, John Tagman in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Chester Creb in American Horror Story: Freak Show, Dr. Horrible in Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-Long Blog, Ray Thompson in Justice League, Music Meister in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and Count Olaf in the 2017 Netflix adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Foy is the wealthy owner of a local mustache shop. After Albert's girlfriend Louise dumps him, she begins going out with Foy. He taunts Albert about his low social standing and incompetence with a gun and challenges him to a duel to win back Louise. Albert's mysterious new friend Anna teaches him how to shoot and also poisons Foy with laxatives. When the day of the duel arrives, Albert recognizes Louise as the shallow gold digger she is and calls the duel off, having decided that she and Foy deserve each other - but not before Foy has a large bowel movement in front of the entire town.
