Frank Miller is the main antagonist of the Law & Order episode "Patriot". He was a veteran of Operation Desert Storm and a member of a Special Forces unit.
He was portrayed by Terry Serpico.
Biography[]
Frank Miller was a member of a Special Forces unit in Operation Desert Storm in the year of 1991 and trained extensively in the tactics the unit used. He believed that the United States shouldn't have stopped before they managed to kill Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. After being passed over for a promotion twice, Miller eventually left the army and ended up killing a foreign national named Joseph Hayden after discovering evidence that he was potentially a terrorist. He was later imprisoned for his crimes.
