Frank is a major antagonist in the Spooky Month series. He is a child kidnapper that holds kids for ransom as a source of income, although he is always affable to the protagonists Skid and Pump.
He is voiced by the creator of the series, Sr. Pelo.
Appearance[]
Frank is a tall, muscular man with a rectangular head. He has short black hair, slight wrinkles on his forehead, stubble on his chin and for some reason, white pupils and black sclerae.
He is mostly seen wearing a cyan shirt and black pants and shoes. In Spooky Month: The Stars, he wears an ice cream man's hat, while in Spooky Month: Deadly Smiles he wears a cyan turtleneck. And in Spooky Month: Tender Treats, he wears a cyan Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses.

Past[]
Little is known about Frank's past, but due to seeing him as a kid in Lila's photo book, it's possible that he was friends with her along with Jaune, John and Pump's father.
It's Spooky Month[]
Frank makes his first appearance in the first episode of the series, Frank offers candy to Skid and Pump in his white van, which they accept as it is spooky month. Upon hearing that Frank gets excited and dances while driving away, kidnapping a kid resembling Pelito along the way.
Spooky Month - The Stars[]
In this episode, Frank appears selling ice cream, Skid and Pump hit the side of the ice cream truck, causing Frank to angrily open the side of the truck. However, when he sees Skid and Pump he looks quite happy to see them offering ice creams to Skid and Pump identical to them, making them teleport away as they eat them. Another child comes to order an ice cream and Frank gives him a poisoned ice cream, causing him to faint instantly once he licks it, to which Frank starts doing the spooky dance.
Spooky Month - Unwanted Guest[]
In this episode, Frank takes Skid and Pump to the mall and, surprisingly, doesn't attempt to kidnap them. When they get into the van they see that there is a child in a bag, Frank says they are playing "doctor" and offers "medicine" to Skid and Pump, with the latter pouring the whole bottle on top of the child who was in the bag, who falls unconscious. Pump tells Frank that he has run out of medicine, much to his panic. He eventually arrives at the mall and drops Skid and Pump off before driving away.
Spooky Month - Deadly Smiles[]
In this episode, Frank kidnaps Happy Fella, thinking he is a child. In response, Happy Fella bites Frank on the finger and Frank hits him, throwing him into Jack and John's police car.
Spooky Month - Tender Treats[]
In this episode, Skid and Pump ask Frank if he can take them to the candy store, but Frank says no as he is on vacation, stealing a child's bag of candy as he leaves.
Spooky Month - Hollow Sorrows[]
Frank makes a brief appearance driving Skid and Pump to Ignacio's house as they search for things to do, including trick-or-treating. Later on, Father Gregor encounters him when trying to guide Skid and Pump, warning the duo not to follow him as he could end up kidnapping them one day. Recognising Frank as a child kidnapper, Father Gregor warns Frank that he will report him to the cops, to which he angrily drives off, mumbling about only wanting to help the kids. Later on Frank tries to drug a kid with a lollipop, only for said child to be run over by Moloch, causing him to drive away as Father Gregor warns Skid and Pump not to eat it.

- Frank is one of the characters who have appeared in every episode of the series.
- Frank and Mr. Clown are the only Spooky Month villains to never target Skid and Pump, with Frank even assisting them in some cases.
- Likewise, he is the only human antagonist other than Roy's Uncle to never encounter Jack and John, and despite being a child kidnapper with multiple counts of murder and kidnapping, is never seen targeted by the police.
- Frank is also the only supporting antagonist in the series to never use supernatural powers, with the two other non-magical villains, Roy's Uncle and The Thieves being minor antagonists with only a few appearances.
- Frank is based off the stereotype of child kidnappers, using a white van as his mode of transport and using candy to lure in victims.
- It is unknown why Frank is nice and affable to Skid and Pump specifically and doesn't try to kidnap them like many of his other victims. Although, it is possible that he may be kind to them due to their obsession with sweets.
- It was later revealed in Tender Treats that Frank was friends with Lila when they were kids, so is might make sense.
- While not explicitly elaborated on, an advertisement reveals that he profits from his abductions by extorting the parents of his victims for ransom.
