Captain Frank Burlington is the secondary antagonist of the video game Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. He was a member of the Leasath Air Force who was assigned by Diego Gaspar Navarro as the captain of the flying fortress Gleipnir during Leasath's invasion of Aurelia.
His voice actor is unknown.
Biography[]
A week before the start of Aurelian War, Frank Burlington was assigned by Diego Gaspar Navarro to be in command of the country's aerial flagship, the stealth-equipped airborne fortress Gleipnir. Burlington wanted to help his country recover from the effects of the civil war, and was convinced by Navarro that Aurelia exploited Leasath and deserved to be punished. Under Burlington's command, Gleipnir devastated Aurelian military in the first days of the war, until it managed to push back thanks to the efforts of the pilot Gryphus 1. As Gleipnir was about to strike Aurelia's ground forces with its Shock Cannon, the country's air force attacked. Gryphus 1 destroyed the fortress's optical camouflage system and the sonic wave ballistic missile launch ports, causing it to lose altitude. Refusing to be denied the chance of striking Aurelia, Burlington ordered the Shock Cannon to be fired upon the nearby city of Santa Elva. Thankfully, Gryphus 1 destroyed the Shock Cannon, making Gleipnir crash into the Lenal River. It's unknown if Frank Burlington survived the crash.

- Frank Burlington's name and backstory were revealed in the article Standoff in the Skies II: Leasath Side, written from the point of view of one of the Gleipnir crew members. It also confirms that the story route where the Gleipnir captain attempts to destroy Santa Elva is canon.
