Yo, what is going on, guys? It is Frank the Prankster, and today we're back with another PRANK! Let's get it.
~ Frank's TikTok intro.

Frank Jay (better known as just Frank or Frank the Prankster) is a recurring character in the Dhar Mann videos, and the villainous main protagonist of his own videos. He is a mischievous and troublemaking prankster who enjoys pulling pranks on the students at school. While not truly evil, his troublemaking antics can sometimes be illegal and/or cause danger to himself and others.

He is best friends and former rival of Blake until he moved. Blake got immediate success on TikTok for doing a crate challenge.

He is portrayed by Devon Weetly.

Appearance[]

Francis is a black African-American male with black hair.

Personality[]

While he sees his pranks as relatively harmless and funny, they actually aren't; he has repeatedly gotten other students into trouble for his pranks, pretending to act nice in front of the teachers and principal in order to frame others for his misdeeds. One female student even almost got detention because of it.

He is also willing to endanger not only himself, but also others as well just so he can get views on TikTok. An example of this is when he blindfolds himself walking into the street, with his friend recording him, almost getting hit by a car. His friend then decides he will not record him anymore — especially after he almost died; Frank ignores his advice. He also ate a Tide Pod as a "challenge" for views, but it causes him to pass out and be sent to the hospital (because if he'd eaten any more then he would've died).

In another video, he and his friend nearly traumatized a school librarian with a fake dead body and human head in a jar, as they have high blood-pressure. He also did the same thing to one of his teachers by dressing up as a serial killer in a box. The principal warns them that if they keep going like this, he will end up behind bars.

When he first appeared, he was, of course, never punished for his actions as the principal was incredibly incompetent, believing that the victim is the cause of the prank just because Frank said so, and even when Frank records his outro in front of the entire class, clearly revealing that he was the one who caused it, the principal still didn't punish him. However, by the end of the video, Frank (indirectly) pulls a prank on the principal, causing him to get angry and punish Frank, making him do a whole month's worth of janitor duty; one of his friends, Kenza, said they'd been looking for his TikTok account, but they can't find it, and Frank reveals his mother made him delete it as punishment for his pranking.

Like Mikey and Jay, he never learns his lesson despite always getting punished by the end of the video, as the very next video he appears in shows him back at it again.

Eventually, he redeems himself by stopping his pranks, and even saved the school from a criminal who kidnapped them, who used to be a student at the school until he was arrested. However, in "Kids Take Halloween Prank Too Far", he is shown to have been going back to his old ways, showing that he learned nothing from the previous video.

Biography[]

When he first appeared, he is shown to be an incredibly budding and mischievous high school student who loves pulling pranks on the other students at school, as his end goal was to drop out of high school in order to become a full time TikToker. His first prank involves him shaking a Sprite can and handing it to a female student named Aliya. When she opens the can, it spills all over the floor. The principal comes in and believes that Aliya made the mess and not Frank, as the latter said so by pretending to apologize. He then records his outro in front of everyone, telling his viewers that if the video reaches enough views, the next prank will be even bigger.

His second prank involves him pranking another female student named Kenza with a glitter bomb by putting it into her locker when she bends down. When she opens it, it spills all over the floor. Principal Stevens walks by, believing that Kenza is trying to pull pranks at school, almost giving her detention. Frank records his outro right in front of both of them, but still doesn't get punished. His third prank involves the classic prank of putting a banana peel so that the victim can slip and fall. However, the person who does ends up having a project in their hands, and when he slips, it is destroyed. The teacher comes in and asks who made that big mess, and the student tells her that it was Frank who did it, who again, lies to the teacher by saying its the victim's fault, to which she agrees and tells the student to clean it up. Other students tell him that his actions have a way of coming back to him, but he doesn't believe them.

His final prank is (indirectly) on Principal Stevens himself, where milk spills onto his head in addition to feathers, causing the latter to get angry, and Frank is sentenced to a month's work of janitor duty, some which think is child labor. The other students tell him that, in spite of his TikTok account getting deleted, still got a video that reached over a million views, and he shakes his head in disappointment.

In "TikToker Risks Life for Views", hence the title, he goes extra lengths to get views on TikTok by endangering himself in public. The first challenge is where he blindfolds himself and walks into the street, almost getting hit by a car. The second is where he eats a Tide Pod after (indirectly) being given an idea by his mom due it to apparently being a trend on TikTok, causing him to pass out and be sent to the hospital.

In "Teens Take Halloween Prank Too Far", he along with his new friend Hunter do various pranks on the students at their school on Halloween, showing that he has learned nothing from the previous video. The Principal warns them if that they keep going like this, they will be sent to prison. Eventually, their pranks cause them to get kidnapped by a real criminal, who used to be just like them. When Frank uses the intercom to call for help, nobody believes him as in The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Eventually, they manage to escape by pulling a prank on the criminal himself, who is arrested by the police, thus redeeming themselves for a while.

However, in "Teen Takes April Fools Prank Too Far", he is shown to go back to his old troublemaking ways again, showing that he has learned nothing from the previous video. He starts by hiding behind a bush, thinking about his next victim to drop his water balloon on. His friends drop out on it, one of them saying that it's because Ms. Brown gave them a C in history. Derrick refuses because he will get into trouble, but Frank ignores him like always, but eventually decides not to, and decides to do it on a poor girl named Greta instead. His mother then (eventually) gets tired of his pranks, so she decides to fake an entire scenario where the entire family is poor, thus forcing Frank to wear poor clothes to school, with everyone making fun of him. He then realizes on how poorly he treated Greta, with his mom telling him that the entire thing was just an April Fools prank, and gives him back his iPhone 13.

Frank makes a return to the channel via his own series, titled "Frank the Prankster", where he continues to pull pranks on various people that would sometimes go too far, as it was April Fools Day. He starts by jumpscaring one of his classmates at the store by pretending to be a mannequin along with his friend. Afterward, they go and prank another student by making them put their finger in a dog's butt while blindfolded. At lunch, Jake pranks another student by pretending to have a fork stuck in his tongue using a fake one. Meanwhile, the principal and a teacher are finding a way to get the two boys suspended before their "epic prank" to get rid of them once and for all.

However, Frank and Jake revealed that they only did this not to spread chaos, but as an act of "kindness", as whenever they would prank someone there would always be a gift inside, such as a gift card. However, the principal still wants to expel everyone, but after a brief argument, decides not to.

Trivia[]

  • He shares a similar personality to both Mikey Miller and Jay Lawson, as they are all idiotic troublemakers who resort to doing distasteful things in order to get what they want.
