Frank Morgan is a minor antagonist in the 2011 video game L.A. Noire.
He was a foreman at the Saval Tool Company who became close friends with his boss Adrian Black, and assisted in his plot to fake his death and leave for Seattle.
He was voiced by William O'Leary, who also played General Xaviax in Karmen Rider: Dragon Knight.

Background[]
Not much is known about Frank Morgan's past, but he was born in 1913 in the United States, and later worked as a foreman for Saval Tool Company. He became friends with his boss Adrian Black, but earned the ire of Adrian's wife Margaret, believing Morgan to be a "shady" character. When Black started an affair with his secretary Nicole, he informed Frank, who agreed to help him fake his death so he could leave for Seattle. Frank bought a live hog and sprayed its blood into Black's car at a freight depot, making it look like he was attacked. Afterward, Morgan then had Black stay at his apartment to await for money to come so he could leave for Seattle while he went on his way for the time being.
L.A. Noire[]
While initially successful in helping Adrian with his plans, Morgan left the receipt for the hog in the trunk of Blacks' car. It was then found by Detective Cole Phelps during the investigation, which allowed him and his partner Stefan Bekowsky connect Frank to the crime. At Cavanagh's Bar, Morgan was interrogated by Phelps, and lied about his involvement in the crime or Black's whereabouts, but the detective was able to show evidence that proved otherwise. Frank admitted Black's plan, and the player as the option to either let him go or arrest him. Due to this, the detectives were able to locate and arrest Black for his crimes.
Some time later, Morgan presumably lost his job at Saval Tool Company due to his connection to Black's crimes, and decided to steal a fish truck with two other criminals. Due to their suspicious behavior when trying to steal the truck, the police were called and Morgan attempted to flee while the others were subdued. Despite his attempts, Morgan was stopped when driving into the L.A. river, and was arrested for resisting arrest and attempted theft.
