Appearance[]
Frank Nebula is a tall white, rather slim young age man, he wears a white outfit, with brown hair with a bit of greying, and glasses.
History[]
Frank Nebula is the main CEO and boss of Nebulous Industries, he announces to the world that they'll be sending Rabbids to mars claiming that he has faith in them. The rocket also contains a terraforming cube which change aspects of Mars to make it inhabitable for humans. He is later shown Scribbles by Olivia who tells him about their high intelligence, but he doesn't agree to take him and has him to be frozen by sending John to freeze him. However, Scribbles ends up on the mission pretending he's dumb. The launch is recorded live on Television and at first everything goes according to plan with the ship about to crash into Mars, unfortunately for him, Scribbles manages to prevent that from happening. He later puts Olivia in a cell but she escapes thanks to John and the Rabbids who came back with a Martian King who ate the terraforming device which was actually a bomb. He later goes for his second plan of using a satellite to destroy mars after Scribbles manages to return to earth, but they later foil his plan after exposing his rant about the Rabbids to news. He later gets frozen by Olivia and lives the rest of his days on Rabbid Island as a block of ice.
Personality[]
On the surface, Frank Nebula appeared to be an affable and amicable man who gave off the impression of a innovative researcher who could use unorthodox methods in order to discover life on Mars. However this was a front to mask his true nature and motives; in truth, he was a cruel and despicable leader who desired to eradicate existing life on Mars through the use of weapons in order to profit from the terraforming plot. Due to his rank as CEO, he firmly believed his operation was absolute and had no issue discarding anyone who tried to compromise it.
Frank Nebula is evil. Before the mars thing, he pretend to be good all the times so people can believe him, then he sent a bomb to terraform mars and after nuclear missiles, Frank Nebula portrays himself as a sophisticated, kind, polite, and has a strong belief in the Rabbids. In reality, he is cunning, manipulative, and cruel. His arrogance makes him believe he is more superior than everyone around him, although he shows respect towards Olivia and Scribbles for their intelligence. But at the end of the movie, he was very angry and mean in front of the people and Patrick, and he got frozen by Olivia, he will be back only if the sun melts him, and we do know it happens, because after John freeze Swimmer by accident, John put Swimmer on a hot air conditioner, and Swimmer is not frozen anymore, thanks to a hot air conditioner, and the sun is hotter than a hot air conditioner, so it will happen.
He was easily paranoid of possible threats, as he rejects Scribbles from the mission and even revokes Olivia's position quickly after Scribbles was set towards Mars. While he did to a degree respect Scribbles for his intelligence, he believed this would threaten the ideology of Rabbids being unintelligent as a whole. Fortunately, Frank Nebula's plans are eventually exposed to the public, permanently disgracing him.
