Frankie Watterson is a member of the Watterson family, but an antagonist in the episodes, The Signature and The Outside.

Frankie is a beige-grey rat that wears a Hawaiian shirt, a leather coat, and an olive-green hat. In The Outside, he currently wears jail clothes.
