Mayor Franklyn Cicero is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Clodio Pulcher) of the 2024 epic science-fiction drama film Megalopolis. He is the corrupt mayor of New Rome, the husband of Teresa, the father of Julia and the arch-nemesis of Cesar Catilina.
