Franky is a minor antagonist in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.

Franky is a kaiju who takes the form of a giant human covered in hair. It is known for attacking children.
One day at Mari's kindergarten, Franky appears and kidnaps two children, Taka and Kazu. Kinnikuman goes to attack Franky, delivering a dropkick and making it drop the two boys, however, they quickly run back to Franky, liking him more than Kinnikuman.
Kinnikuman wasn't able to attack Franky as the children played on his body, unaware of the danger. Franky, now being seen as popular by kaiju standards wanted to be more popular, wanting to get on TV and become a celebrity.
Before Franky can do this, Meat came in to help Kinnikuman by luring the two boys away with chocolate before he attacked Franky's body, tearing off large parts of his hair, making him run away.
Franky is never seen again after this point.
