Fraudrin, also known as Fraudrin the Selflessness, is a major antagonist in the anime/manga series The Seven Deadly Sins, appearing as the overarching antagonist of the Holy Knight Saga and one of two secondary antagonists (alongside Estarossa) in the Ten Commandments Saga,he is also arch-nemesis of Hendrickson and Dreyfus.
He was a demon that served the Demon King as one of the Ten Commandments. He also took over the body of Dreyfus, the Grandmaster of the Holy Knights.
While in Dreyfus's body, he is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi (who has also voiced Heracles in Record of Ragnarok) in Japanese and voiced by Chris Cason who also voiced Gluttony in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood in English.
Biography[]
He was the first of the Ten Commandments to appear and was the one responsible for the first half of the series. He was a demon that replaced Gowther in that he would sacrifice himself to stop the war by erasing the memories of Mael and turning him into Estarossa the second son of the Demon King. Fraudian was a high-ranking soldier loyal to the demon clan and was the one who killed Liz one of the many incarnations of Elizabeth the daughter of the Goddess clan. He also caused the death of Danafor and was sealed away by Meliodas. He would later meet Dreyfus and Henderson who he later manipulated into freeing him and later possesses Dreyfus and corrupted Henderson to do his bidding into restoring the demon clan to full power and releasing them along with his fellow Ten Commandments. Eventually, Melodias and his fellow sins manage to foil his plans but he reveals himself and succeeds in freeing his ten commandments. He also grew fond of Dreyfus' son, Griamore, after possessing his father for so long and when teaming up with his fellow commandments he soon wreak havoc across the land. Fraudrin was eventually expelled from Drefyus's body and in a final showdown with Meliodas who was corrupted by his father into killing Fraudrin.
Powers and Abilities[]
Fraudrin as a demon possessed the ability to use magic and had superhuman feats such as strength, speed, stamina, and durability plus regeneration to a degree. He also had the ability the possess many people such as Dreyfus.
