Frederick Johnson is a minor antagonist in the South Park Season Six episode, "Child Abduction is Not Funny". He's a child abductor who dressed himself up as the Ghost of Human Kindness that used in order on fooling children to trust him.
He is voiced by the series' co-creator, Trey Parker who also voices many other characters from within the show and starred as the voice of Balthazar Bratt in Despicable Me 3.
Personality[]
Frederick Johnson is a child abductor, although it is never mentioned what he'd done with the children that he presumably already captured prior to the episode, however, it was most likely with a purpose involving molestation. Johnson is known to be quite intelligent and manipulative, tricking children into willingly coming along with him by pretending to be the "Ghost of Human Kindness".
History[]
Little is known about Frederick Johnson's early life, apart from for at least a year, he began abducting children in South Park, Colorado while disguising himself as the "Ghost of Human Kindness".
Child Abduction is Not Funny[]
Johnson appeared as the "Ghost of Human Kindness" to Tweek at his house and told him that people are not as scary and dangerous as his parents and the news lead him to believe. He takes him to see a woman who volunteers to talk with lonely elderly people at a retirement home, a family with adopted children, and a couple fixing a tire for an older woman.
After when he restores Tweek's "faith in humanity", he then attempts to convince him to get in his suspicious-looking van. Just then, the police soon arrive, where they finally arrest Johnson and saving Tweek thus ending his terror.
