Fubuki Kakuyoku (in Japanese: 鶴翼フブキ, Kakuyoku Fubuki) is a supporting antagonist in the 2004 Naruto film Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow. She is the member for Doto Kazahana that she and others helped him in a coup many years ago. Throughout the film, she tried to help Doto in achieving his goals.
She is voiced by Jun Karasawa in the Japanese version and Cindy Robinson in the English version.
