Biography[]
Fulgrymm was a demon, a follower of his god Bethrezen and one of the commanders of his legions. The demonic deity believed that after six thousand years of suffering, it was time for his demonic followers to attack the most powerful Empire in the world he had created, whose inhabitants worshiped the Highfather as their god and not him. However, the deity knew that his demons could only be at their full power and fight well if they had sufficient influence and corruption in the lands, so he ordered Fulgrymm to lead the first great demon attack against the Empire and gain as much influence over the lands as possible. The demon, launched his attack from the great demon castle of Nykhael, but the Imperials expected the enemy and a ranger, Tefas, attempted a preemptive strike against him, but was defeated and fell on the battlefield. Fulgrymm's goal was to capture the lands around Aelon Keep and destroy the Imperial forces stationed there. The demons believed that Tefas's attack was proof that the Imperials must have a city to the south from which they could gather strength, and in the end they were right, because not far from them was the city of Sutihar. The defenders were all killed, the leader of the defenders, Angus, said that the demons would all perish for what they had done, then he died and the city fell. After that, the Legion went north, where Wighen City lay, and the defenders consisted of many peasants, including their leader, Goldberg. The city soon fell, and one of the cultist, Ahamen, suggested to Fulgrymm to capture the mines not far from the cities, so that their influence could grow even further, but the demon had already taken action because the baronesses one after another infected the areas that were previously conquered. He then encountered a pegasus knight, Sir Tempus and Fulgrymm defeated him and destroyed his forces, opening the way for the demons to capture the last city in the area, Bruthen. The city was not a difficult target for the Legion, most of the defenders here were also peasants, including their leader, Ronson. The defenders were all killed, but the population did not want more bloodshed, one of the peasants, Uther, begged the demons not to kill them and in return accept their new masters and help the Legion, and Fulgrymm accepted the offer and showed them mercy. The leader and commander of the imperial forces, Valesius, saw the rapidly deteriorating situation and retreated. The demons' first major attack was a complete success, as they conquered three cities, defeated the empire, increased their influence, and even acquired servants.
