But don't be mistaken. The stars are attached to the restaurant, not the chef. Raising Gaku's status by any means necessary... that's my job.

This contains 100,000 yen. I'll pay you monthly if you give me your new recipes and information. You're frustrated because of your tiny pay and late hours. And you can't even touch the ingredients, right? Use this to blow off some steam.
~ Etoh seducing Serita to the dark side

Fumio Etoh is the main antagonist of the J-drama La Grand Maison Tokyo.

He is the owner of Gaku, a two-star French restaurant in Tokyo, and the owner of Office Eats, which owns various restaurants in Tokyo, Gaku being one of them.

He is a schemer who is willing to resort to foul play to earn Gaku its three Michelin Stars and sabotage Grand Maison Tokyo. As owner of Gaku, he is the employer of chef Tango and by extension the rest of the kitchen staff. He often speaks in a fake Kansai accent to get close to potential business partners despite being from Saitama. When he discovers that Natsuki Obana, the disgraced former chef of the two Michelin Star rated restaurant Escofille, has returned to Tokyo and founded a new restaurant with chef Rinko Hayami, he utilizes his connections in the restaurant industry to prevent Grand Maison Tokyo from earning stars.

He is played by Toru Tezuka.
