Fury Shadow also known as Shadow Luigi in the game's files is the secondary antagonist of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. He is a black goop creature who resembles Luigi. He appears when activated in the Fury Shadow missions. He is shown to have stolen a cat shrine and runs from Mario. He has all of Mario's abilities being able to run, jump and able to turn into a spike ball.
Biography[]
Fury Shadow appears on Fur Step island, Crisp Climb Castle, Risky Whisker Island and Scamper Shores. Fury Shadow appears on these islands where he is in the "Fury Shadow" Missions. He will become a spiky ball and turn into a Luigi Lookalike. He will run and jump away from Mario and when hit, He turns to a spike ball to get away from Mario but once he is hit three times, he is defeated and gives up a cat shrine.

Fury Shadow resembles Luigi. Fury Shadow is a black goop with evil red eyes. black hat, black mustache, black overalls, black gloves, black shoes and black nose.
Personality[]
Fury Shadow is shown to be a trickster. He taunts Mario but is also cowardly. This is shown when he runs away from Mario.
Power and abilities[]
- Jumping: Fury Shadow possesses Mario's ability of jumping and is able to even jump higher than Mario.
- Super Speed: Fury Shadow is shown to be very fast and even more fast in his spiked ball form.
- Taunting: Fury Shadow loves to taunt Mario and Bowser Jr. and is shown to be arrogant when taunting them.
