G.I. Jobra are the main antagonists of the episode G.I. Jeff in the sitcom Community. They were created in Jeff's imagination when he took Korean "Youth Pills" and passed out. They are a combination of G.I. Joe and Cobra.
History[]
When Jeff turned 40, he took some Korean Youth Pills while drinking scotch. This caused him to go into a coma and dream that he was a member of G.I. Joe, in order to recover his lost childhood. Originally, G.I. Joe and Cobra were arch-enemies. However, Wing-Man, Buzzkill, Three-Kids and Tightship started killing Cobra agents. This level of violence was considered unacceptable by G.I. Joe standards. G.I. Joe had the group arrested. However, the group escaped. During their escape, they accidentally killed more Cobra members. Meanwhile, the members of Cobra were scared that they now were able to die after decades of never dying. Wing-Man and his group infiltrated Greendale where some Cobra agents were. They easily defeated Overkill, Ximxam, and Major Dick. In order to kill Wing-Man and his team, G.I. Joe decided to join forces with Cobra, and the group became G.I. Jobra. This created toy commercials where G.I. Jobra merchandise was advertised. The group managed to capture Wing-Man. Wing-Man convinced them to let him join them, promising to help them control their reality. When they let him go, they asked him what breasts were like. When Wing-Man realized there were no breasts or scotch in that reality, he escaped and returned to the real world. Cobra Commander tried to go with him in the real world, but died in the journey.
