Gamos is a minor antagonist in Ultraman 80, serving as the main antagonist of the episode, "Shine for Eternity! Space G-Man 85". It is an evil, homicidal Kaiju that has been stated to have destroyed countless worlds and innocents alike. It is also the archenemy of Alien L85 Zuckal since it was the one responsible for killing his wife and son 20 years ago.

Biography

There is nothing much on Gamos' origin, however, it was stated that Gamos has been roaming around the universe, being a utterly heinous Kaiju that is wanted for the worst intentions of murdering countless innocents, some of them being mothers and children, as Gamos was first seen attacking Planet L85 where it has killed Zuckal's wife and son, its first victims, before having to destroy the whole planet alike, also killing what's left of the L85 race. Its rampage of killing innocents continued explicitly for 20 years later before arriving on Earth.

Before and after its arrival, it already destroyed a number of towns and cities across Japan, killing over a hundred or thousand of innocents overnight as many survivors walk out from their burnt or destroyed homes within their area, most of them were children before burrowing underground.

Gamos is later seen rising once more, began spreading out its acid to kill innocent people, in which one of them were several parents protecting their children, enraging all UGM members to open fire against the Kaiju's cruel actions. Just when Takeshi prepares to finish off Gamos, Zuckal used his telekinesis to prevent him from stealing his kill, causing Gamos to retreat underground.

The Kaiju would rose again to continue its killings, not before Zuckal changed his size to finish off the monster for its murder of his family and to all the other innocents it murdered, but to also sacrifice himself in doing so. Gamos on the other hand, manages to brutalize and overwhelmed Zuckal using its acid and explosive spikes, just before it was about to kill him, 80 appears before them.

Having enough of the monster's atrocious acts, 80, motivated by Zuckal's spirit, fights Zuckal at his place and manages to take advantage of defeating the monster using an ability to produce high-frequency soundwaves to overwhelm the monster before finishing it off, finally ending its reign of bloodshed for good.
