~ Ganman to Sneagator |
Ganman is a major antagonist in the Perfect Origin Arc of the manga series Kinnikuman.
Biography[]
Past[]
In the past, Ganman was one of the few Chojin protected from the genocide of all Chojin by The Man who would make Ganman and the other Chojins protected by him immortal and be trained in the art of wrestling. These Chojins who The Man taught would go on to be called the Perfect Origin, the original Perfect Chojin.
However, once the Perfect Origin learned that many Chojin survived the extinction and would repopulate, The Man decided that the surviving Chojin should be left alone, to grow so that the Perfect Origin may see their evolution, however, quickly the strong would dominate the weak, killing anyone they wanted. This resulted in the Perfect Origin going to Earth to genocide any Chojin who was dominating others.
After this point, Mirageman agreed that all of the Perfect Origin should hide themselves away in the Chojin Graveyard and only accept truly strong Chojin to be their students. After Goldman and Silverman left, Ganman used his Cyclops ability to see into the future and saw the destruction of the Perfect Origin and so pleaded with The Man that they should purge them, however, he would refuse.
Kinnikuman (2011)[]
After Akuma Shogun reconnected the Chojin Graveyard to the world above, the Six Devil Knights stormed in with Sneagator running directly into Ganman at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and immediately started fighting him.
Ganman then goes on a rant about how worthless the "Inferior Chojin" are and how they should have purged them millions of years ago before they learn how to evolve and surpass the Gods and Perfect Origin, bringing chaos to the world.
Ganman then flew up to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and straightened it, making an ancient wrestling ring sprout out of the ground for him and Sneagator to fight in.
Sneagator would immediately try to attack Ganman but he dodged all of his attacks, revealing that his Cyclops ability allows him to examine an opponent and predict their next attack, making it much easier to dodge. Sneagator tries to stab Ganman's eye with his tail, but he caught him with his elk horns, almost crushing him. Sneagator managed to push the elk horns open before Ganman pushed the horns together, crushing Sneagator's stomach before grabbing him, leaping into the air and slamming Sneagator down to the mat, only to realise he slammed Sneagator's shed skin.
Sneagator flew into the air and transformed into a snapping turtle and jammed Ganman's horns and bit his shoulder, Ganman taunted Sneagator before punching his stomach. Ganman stomped onto the turtle shell, however, Sneagator dodged by turning into a snake and coiling around Ganman's body. Ganman pulled him off, only to realise it was more shed skin as Sneagator assumed the form of a komodo dragon and tried to bite Ganman with his poisonous teeth, however, Ganman simply punched the open mouth, breaking his teeth off. Ganman then slammed Sneagator to the ground while mocking him for having to transform, calling him weak for not relying on his original form.
Sneagator lunged at Ganman who responded by delivering two chops to his neck before using his Cyclops ability to forcibly make Sneagator transform back into his standard appearance. Ganman then used it on the audience, stating that he wants to live in a world where no one lies. Sneagator tried to stealthy transform but Ganman caught him and used his Cyclops ability on him again before starting to pummel him with his fists. Sneagator decided that if he wanted to win the fight, he'd have to overpower Ganman, he lept out of his skin and Ganman thought he transformed again, however, all Sneagator did was shed his skin before he threw it at Ganman, wrapping it around his face so he couldn't see and putting him into a leg hold. Ganman pulled the skin off of his face and bent his head so he could slam his elk horns into Sneagator, knocking him down to the ground.
Just then, TVs surrounding the ring showed Black Hole and Buffaloman carrying the head of Springman, the sight of his deceased student and news that out of the Seven Devil Chojin, five were killed by the Perfect Large Numbers enraged Sneagator, making him tap into the Friendship Power and he transformed into a sneaker that hides his true form which charged into Ganman.
Sneagator's true form then leapt out of the sneaker, a dinosaur's foot, which grabbed onto Ganman and slammed him against the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Ganman tried to use his Cyclops ability to undo the transformation, thinking it wasn't Sneagator's true form, but it didn't work. Ganman then flexed his muscles, breaking free from the hold before grabbing onto it, making the faces on the toes appear.
Ganman then easily figured out which of the faces was real by seeing that one of them was crying, upset that his students had died. Ganman grabbed the toe with that face and slammed it onto the corner post of the ring. Ganman turned away, thinking he had finished but Sneagator got back up and lunged at Ganman, however, Ganman's elk horns spun around his head and decapitated Sneagator and slicing his body into pieces.
Sneagator tried to pull all of the pieces of his body back together to regenerate, however, Ganman attacked him, sending him flying and winning the fight. Sneagator then died moments later, but not before ordering Buffaloman to kill Ganman, proving that they have surpassed him.
Ganman then decided to move into the Leaning Tower of Pisa, staying there until called upon.
After Justiceman finished his battle against Ashuraman, Ganman and Psychoman would have a conversation with each other, agreeing that they have to fulfil their mission. The three of them would travel to Japan's National Stadium where the Unforgivable Yggdrasil had sprouted up again and all of the Perfect Chojin would set up for their next fight with Ganman being set to fight against Buffaloman.
Buffaloman and Ganman charged their horns into each other repeatedly, trying to see which of the two were stronger until Ganman used his elk horns to grab Buffaloman's head and slam it down onto the corner post. Buffaloman turned around and kicked Ganman in the head before he climbed onto the corner post and leapt at Ganman who caught him and threw him to the mat before leaping on him, the two locking hands.
Ganman then mocked Buffaloman, stating that he was far weaker than Ganman expected as he lifted Buffaloman up and threw him behind him. Buffaloman then said he would kill Ganman for Sneagator, however, Ganman couldn't remember him despite fighting him a few hours ago, stating that he doesn't remember any "Inferior Chojin" that he has killed and that the only "Inferior Chojin" he will remember is the one that bests him in battle. This enraged Buffaloman, who couldn't believe that Ganman simply forgot Sneagator's final moments.
Buffaloman powered up before charging at Ganman while using Scar Transfer to make his horn grow which he uses to stab into his shoulder before flinging him into the air and delivering a clothesline when he fell to the ground. Ganman quickly retaliated by grabbing Buffaloman's arm and throwing him over his shoulder and kicking him in the stomach.
Buffaloman then went dug the ring and stuck his horn out from under the mat to stab Ganman with it using the mat to prevent his Cyclops ability to read his next moves, cutting his legs. Ganman then laid on the ring so he could hear Buffaloman's breathing, using it to dodge his next attack and letting him grab the horn so he could pull him out of the mat, throwing him into the air and crushing him with his elk horns and power bombing him to the ground, making him retract his Scar Transfer.
Once again, Ganman was disappointed in Buffaloman, making him slightly remember his fight against Sneagator but not his name, Ganman then used his Cyclops ability and began to ask why Buffaloman was holding back.
Buffaloman stood up and charged at Ganman who caught his horns and used a piledriver to slam him to the ground before turning to Akuma Shogun and asking him why he didn't notice that Buffaloman was holding back, not wanting to use his true nature in a fight, despite it making him half as strong as he normally is.
Just as Ganman lifted Buffaloman up over his shoulder, Kinnikuman spoke up, saying that the fear that Buffaloman instilled in him was gone. Buffaloman was torn between his time as a Justice Chojin and him being a Devil Chojin. Then Akuma Shogun spoke up, asking Buffaloman why he rejoined the Devil Chojin while stating that Akuma Shogun fully believes in Buffaloman's strength that could surpass the Gods.
The encouragement was enough to let Buffaloman power up, breaking free from Ganman's grip and slamming him into the ground. The two locked fists, Ganman beginning to see Buffaloman as a threat and the two started to rapidly punch each other, however, this power boost made Buffaloman's wounds open, giving him a limited time to end Ganman.
Ganman pinned Buffaloman to the ground, saying that he probably won't make it to the end of the match while bleeding so much. Buffaloman responded by charging at him but Ganman dodged and grabbed onto Buffaloman's head, chopping off one of his horns with his bare hand before repeatedly elbowing his weak head. Buffaloman then grabbed his elbow and tossed him aside and tried kicking him but Ganman caught it and hit his head with his elk horn before punching Buffaloman over and over again, nearly knocking him out and making his vision blur.
Despite the bad situation he was in, Buffaloman was excited to fight a strong opponent and to fix his eye, he punched one of them, making it useless but increasing his other eye. The two clash again, stating that they were thoroughly enjoying their fight with Ganman wanting to see Buffaloman's full power, saying that he wants to fight a pure battle with no lies or win a fight against someone who could have won but didn't because they didn't go all out.
Buffaloman then asks if Ganman hates lies then why doesn't he use his Cyclops ability on The Man. Ganman refuses, choosing to believe in The Man as he throws Buffaloman into the air and crushes him in between his elk horns and throwing him to the ground. Ganman kept getting increasingly irritated by Buffaloman implying that The Man was lying and decided to spin his horns around, intending to use them to slice him up but Buffaloman's horn bounced him off and toward the corner post which he used to fling himself around the ring over and over again and forcing Ganman to use his Cyclops ability on The Man.
Ganman closed his eyes quickly before realising that Buffaloman used the opportunity to launch himself at him, Buffaloman's horn shattering Ganman's elk horns, falling to the ground head first and being knocked out, letting Buffaloman win the match.
As Ganman lay on the mat, he thought back to the past and all the good times when the Perfect Origin was one group. He then turned to Buffaloman and said he won because he fought without any lies while Ganman was deceiving himself into trusting The Man. Ganman used the last of his strength to say he remembered Buffaloman's name and to hand him his dumbbell before dying.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Perfect Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin blessed by The Man himself, Ganman has immense strength, speed and durability far above most other Chojin who already have the ability to perform superhuman feats. Additionally, due to being a Perfect Chojin, Ganman doesn't age at all, staying at his peak physical age after millions of years. Other abilities that Chojin have that Ganman likely has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- Cyclops: Ganman is able to use his single eye to achieve various effects, such as being able to see millions of years into the future and to fully examine an opponent, determining their next action.
- Elk Horns: In order to protect his Cyclops eye from being stabbed, Ganman developed two large elk horns to protect it. These horns can move around and be used to slice an opponent or catch them between them.
