Garai is the oldest of the Fog Mother's children and the secondary antagonist of Kamen Rider J. His true form is the kaijin Cobra Man.
He is portrayed by Kyoji Kamui, who also played Carlos Togo in Tokusou Exceedraft.
History[]
Garai and the Fog arrived on Earth 75 million years after they had previously wiped out the dinosaurs to devour Earth's new dominant life form, humanity. Garai and his siblings abducted Kana to sacrifice her to Fog Mother in order to awaken his "siblings" so they could consume all life on Earth. As the eldest sibling, Garai conducted the ritual to sacrifice Kana while Agito and Zu battled J.
After J defeated Zu and entered the Fog Machine Beast Mothership, Garai completed preparations to sacrifice Kana and assumed his true form as Cobra Man to take on J. Berry came to assist J but Garai swatted her away. Garai initially overpowered J but J was able to regain the strength to save and defeated Garai by rider kicking him onto the altar and impaling him.
