Gaspar Voorsboch, aka the Man-Whore Killer, is the main villain in the 2005 film Deuce Bigalo: European Gigalo. He was played by Jeroen Krabbe, who also played Dr. Charles Nichols.
When Deuce visits Amsterdam, several male prostitutes are mysteriously murdered, and Deuce's friend T.J. is framed for the crimes. He discovers that Gaspar, the local police chief, is the killer, and is planning to blow up the Man-Whore Awards Ceremony. When asked why, Gaspar tells Deuce about an incident in which his own hopes of man-whoring were destroyed when his penis exploded. Deuce manages to foil Gaspar's plan, and Gaspar is arrested and sent to prison where he is gang-raped.
