Victorious Saint Geludoling is the leader of the Neros Empire's Monster Army and a major antagonist in Choujinki Metalder.
He was voiced by Eisuke Yoda, who also voiced Chuubo in the same show and Demost in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
Biography[]
When Balusky of the Battle Robot Army volunteered his warrior Gochak for the task of destroying Metalder, Geludoling put forth Damnen to receive the task instead. The two thus dueled and Gochak defeated Damnen, claiming the mission for the Battle Robot Army.
After Top Gunder was assigned to deal with Metalder, the Monster Army's Damnen and Zakembor were sent to spy on him. However, Top Gunder took notice of the pair and blasted them to keep them for interfering. Upon returning to the Ghost Bank, Geludoling had both of them punished by K and S for their incompetence.
After most of his subordinates were destroyed by Metalder, Neros called a meeting of the four Victorious Saints in which he informed Geludoling that due to his many failures he would be executed unless he could find a way to destroy Metalder. Geludoling was at a loss for what to do, unable to face Metalder with his few remaining men, until Coolgin suggested he seek out a flower known as the "Century's Beauty" which could grant him strength. Taking Bridy and Damnen with him, Geludoling went out to claim the flower, only to be met with opposition from Metalder. Though Damnen was killed in the process, Geludoling was able to make his way past them and claim the flower for himself. Geludoling consumed the flower and had his power increased as a result, though Metalder was able to negate its effects by plunging Geludoling into the water. A weakened Geludoling was then destroyed by Metalder.
However, Geludoling was later revived and sent after Metalder again to distract him from Shingo Ogi's kidnapping. After having his glass dome broken, Geludoling was finished off by Metalder for good.
