Once one man, Detroit, gets enough of the insults and turns and attempts to leave the room, Gene immediately kills Detroit by shooting him in the head, and the corpse lands right next to the silent Brian Blake. During the commotion, three people run out, to which Gene orders Trey and Manning go get them before he starts making a speech towards the group about being made examples and how this is the end times now and must listen to him.
