Biography[]
Past[]
A man of unknown origin, General Deathgiller joined the Dark Science Empire Deathdark at least 20 years prior to the series. When Dr. Hideki Hongo discovered evidence of Deathdark's existence while investigating the abandoned Wolfburg Castle in Germany, Deathgiller's voice confronted him and declared that Deathdark's existence could not be known. He sent a squadron of Spotmen to kill Hongo but the Doctor escaped with help from Kenichi Akama and they would work together to create a form capable of defeating Deathdark when they eventually arrived.
Google V[]
In 1983, General Deathgiller emerges along with the other Deathdark executives when they put their plans in motion to take over the world and oversees the plans of Deathdark and their attacks involving Synthetic Beasts. After Grand Marshal Deathmark is summoned and put in charge of Deathdark's operations, Deathgiller begins to go out and fight Goggle V more often. After the arrival of Deathmark, Deathgiller is able enabled to go into the battle more often; being a skilled swordsman, he often goes into battle with Goggle V and clashes in a fight with Ken'ichi, considering him a worthy opponent. Deathgiller and the other generals of the Deathdark create multiple plans and strategies to kill the Goggle V and take over the world Fuhrer Taboo. However, the heroes always foil their plans and save the world so Deathgiller eventually develops a personal rivalry with Ken'ichi and wants to destroy him to impress Fuhrer Taboo and return his place as the second-in-command of Deathdark.
Deathgiller later takes part in a scheme to turn Mazurka into an unwitting suicide bomber and send her to blow up Goggle V's base, under the pretense of having her infiltrate it. When Mazurka discovers the plan, she attempts to take Deathgiller with her, causing him to become critically injured when the bomb exploded. He is found and nursed back to health by Goggle V, only to betray them and go back to Deathdark once he has fully recovered. Even though he shows no gratitude for this, he prevents Bear Mozoo from obliterating the Goggle V, claiming that it should be him who would defeat them.
After Bear Mozoo is defeated, before Deathmark can order the launch of Bear Kong, Deathgiller storms in with a laser gun and orders that he be allowed to pilot it and prove that he is worthy of becoming second in command again. The Spotmen try and stop him but the insane general kills them and threatens Deathmark until Führer Taboo gives permission. Deploying to the battlefield, Deathgiller first tries to kill the Google V and then destroy Google Robo with his Dark Beam Gun but fails at both and is ultimately killed when he is cut in half by the Electron Galaxy Cut.
Turboranger[]
During the Turborangers' first battle against the Hundred Boma Tribes, they are joined by all ten previous Super Sentai teams which includes Google Five. As the Sentai challenge the Boma's view that they are all useless, the narrator recalls Google V's many battles which includes General Deathgiller's reaction to their first appearance.
Personality[]
Deathgiller was a cunning, intelligent, calculating, fierce and determined general of the Deathdark Empire and would not stop at nothing to destroy the Goggle V and help Fubrer Taboo in his plans of world domination. He was highly serious, determined and tough and took his plans and schemes seriously. Deathgiller was an extremely cunning, intelligent and resourceful strategist and planner. He could see all angles and opportunities in battle and quickly calculate the result of the battle by knowing his enemies's weaknesses. However, he was also highly arrogant and confident and it always ruined his plans, as he underestimated the abilities and potential of the Rangers. A good example was when he volunteered to pilot the Bear Kong and fight the Goggle V personally. That was his fatal mistake which ultimately cost Deathgiller his life.
Deathgiller was genuinely loyal to Fuhrer Taboo, always being polite with him and loyally enforced all of his orders. However, he developed a powerful rivalry with Deathmark and competed with his fellow Deathdark general for the place of the Taboo's right-hand and they could hardly work together, and frequently argued and quarrelled with each other. Deathgiller showed no honorable traits and didn't play fair in battle with Goggle V. When Goggle V found him and saved his life, when he was mortally wounded by Mazurka, he betrayed the Rangers and returned to serve Deathdark. He ultimately showed no gratitude to the heroes for saving his life, however, the only honorable thing he did was that he prevented Bear Mozoo from destroying Goggle V, and claimed that the Rangers were his enemies and he was the only one who had the right to defeat them.
