General Grunter is a major antagonist of the video game Angry Birds Star Wars II.
He is a parody of General Grevious from the Star Wars franchise as he is the cyborg commander of the Pig Droid army.
Biography[]
General Grievous is a playable character in the chapter Revenge of the Pork on the Pork Side. His ability is to use his four lightsabers to cut things around him.
He only appears in the Dark Side of the episode, Revenge of the Pork, which serves as an abridged parody of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
He first appears in the opening cutscene that parodys the first act of the film, where Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi storm his Invisible Hand ship to rescue Chancellor Palpatine, from Count Dooku.
While Dooku is defeated and killed by Redkin, Grevious then escapes to Mustafar instead of Utapau. He is then presumably killed off screen by Obi-Wan Kenobi just like what happens in the actual, Revenge of the Sith film.
Appearance[]
General Grievous appeared as a cyborg with a mask with a pig snout and pig ears, since he is a pig. Just like his main counterpart, he also has side appendages and markings over his eyes. He uses four lightsabers, two blue and two green.
Personality[]
General Grievous is fearless and daring, never hesitating to go to extremes to support the Separatist party. He is cruel and treats his battle droid pigs with no respect. He is always ready to kill any Jedi birds.
Trivia[]
- According to the character encyclopedia, despite his current pig-like appearance, Grievous is actually neither bird nor pig, but a reptile.
