General Jackrabbit is the main antagonist of the fifth Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot book, Ricky Ricotta's Mighty Robot vs. the Jurassic Jackrabbits from Jupiter.
Biography[]
He was the leader of Jupiter, General Jackrabbit intended to take over the Earth. He goes to Earth on his rocket ship, landing on the dinosaur museum. There, General Jackrabbit steals the skulls of dinosaur skeletons from the museum. He uses the Dinosaur DNA from the skulls in a cloning machine which starts to function after General Jackrabbit takes some hairs off his tail and inserts them along with the dinosaur skulls due to the DNA strands being unfinished.
The machine produces three eggs which then then hatch into the Jurassic Jackrabbits: a Bunnysaurus Rex, Trihareatops, and a Rabbidactyl. Initially cute and friendly, General Jackrabbit then use his Meany Machine on them which turns them into enlarged, hostile monsters.
The Jurassic Jackrabbits are confronted by the Mighty Robot, but General Jackrabbit shoots them with the Meany Machiney once more. The Mighty Robot is defeated by the Jackrabbits. Ricky knocks on the door of General Jackrabbit's rocket ship in an effort to save his robot. Opening the door, two Robo-Rabbits respond that they only take Jackrabbits.
When Lucy presents herself as a Jackrabbit, she assists Ricky. The Robo-Rabbits develop feelings for Lucy. Ricky sneaks upstairs and spots General Jackrabbit with the Meany Machiney while the Robo-Rabbits prepare meals for her. General Jackrabbit goes downstairs to check on the Robo-Rabbits after smelling carrot cake. Ricky zaps the Jurassic Jackrabbits after changing the sophisticated settings from "Big, Ugly 'N' Evil" to "Little, Cute 'N' Sweet." Lucy slams General Jackrabbit with a pie after he discovers Ricky fiddling with his equipment.
The Mighty Robot then loads the three bunnies onto their rocket ship and launches them back to their planet. General Jackrabbit is captured and taken to jail by Ricky and the Mighty Robot, who also return the dinosaur skulls.
