General Serpiente is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside General Gato and General Mono) of the 2007 animated film TMNT. She is one of the four Stone Generals who desires to conquer the world.
She was voiced by Paula Mattioli.

Background[]
General Serpiente along with her brothers formed the brotherhood with the desire to conquer the world to conquer the world. At some point Yaotl discovered the Stars of Kicaan which would align every 3000 years which would open a portal to another dimension. During a battle between Yaotl's army and a Central American civilization, Yaotl used a wheel-like object to open the portal however this caused Serpiente, along with three of her brothers were turned to stone, and brought thirteen monsters to Earth. The monsters wiped out his army Yaotl himself was left cursed with immortality.

Serpeiente is resurrected with an advanced technological device created by her 3000 year old brother Yoatl, whom is a tycoon whom owns an industry. Serpiente and her stone brothers are entasked to capture the free immortal beasts and bring them to to Yoatl so they can prepare for a new and more weaponized conquest upon the world. The monster hunt goes efficaciously for the generals as they are immortal and all invincible. She manages to subdue a beast with ten feet tall legs with spears, seizing it's legs. After the twelve monsters and abducted, Serpiente and her brotherhood kidnap Leonardo as part of their plan to betray Yoatl and prevent her curse from ceasing. She and her brothers fight the turtles and ensure more monsters access the human world. She and the other generals are however vanquished when the thirteenth monster falls into the portal along with her and the generals, breaking their curse and sendning them to an unknown fate.
