Tsin is a supporting antagonist from the series Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness.
He is voiced by the late R. Lee Ermey.

In "The Most Dangerous Po" Tsin sends a note to Po because he wanted to meet him. Po is very excited to meet this hero. When Po arrives at General Tsin's Fortress, he gets caught in a booby trap. Tsin's men arrive and surround Po. General Tsin arrives and tells his men to stand down. Po explains to him he is the dragon warrior, Tsin releases Po but doesn't believe he is the dragon warrior. Tsin's guards attack Po. He fights them and takes them all down. General Tsin is very impressed and tells him it was a test. He lets Po come into the fortress, they eat and talk together. Later a guard tells them that Hundun is in the fortress. Tsin and Po take weapons and go fight the rhino. When they find Hundun Tsin reveals to Po he is a hunter and needs his help to capture Po but not to put Hundun in prison. He wants to capture him and put him in his collection. Po is shocked to hear that he tries to warm Hundun but he doesn't listen then Po knocks out Hundun. General Tsin brings Po back to the fortress and shows him his collection of paralysed criminals (Scorpion, Taotie, Fung, Gahri, Bao, Temutai and his nephew). Po says to Tsin he is crazy and what he does is wrong. Tsin tries to hunt Po to paralyse him and bring him in the collection but Po escapes from the General. Later Po sneaks into the fortress and tries to release the criminals from being paralysed. Tsin finds him and tries to freeze him. But Po finds a way to release the Criminals. They are angry at Tsin and attack him. Po stands against the villains and threatens them with a crossbow, but he shoots an arrow and destroys the wall. So, the criminals escape by passing in the hole. Po brings Tsin to Chorh-Ghom Prison for his crimes.
His second appearance was in "Qilin Time". When Po and his father come to Xin Xao Forest to find the Qilin. Tsin attacks them because he thought they were bandits but quickly realises they are not. Po is very surprised that Tsin is free. Tsin tells him he is mentally stable now and he is not a hunter anymore, he is making tunics. Tomorrow in The Valley of Peace, General Tsin is in Mr. Ping's noodle shop preparing his tunics. Po tells his father that Qilin is real and tells him where he is. Tsin listens to what he says. He comes back to the forest to hunt down Qilin but Mr Ping knocks him out and tells the Qilin to hide himself. When Tsin wakes up Mr. Ping tells him Qilin is not real, he made up for all of this and he is still crazy. Tsin believes in Ping and goes back to The Valley of Peace.
In "See No Weevil" he causes trouble in The Valley of Peace. He fights some Law Enforcers. Po and Furious Five prevent him from hurting people by capturing him. they bring him to the Jade Palace. he tells them about Alien Rice Weevils, creatures from space who try to take over the world by controlling the spirit of people. Nobody believes him because of the crimes he has committed. But later Po realizes that Tsin was right, those creatures are real. They are controlling the minds of the citizens of the valley including Shifu and Furious Five. Tsin helps Po free people from their mind control and defeat the Alien Rice Weevils.
