The Generic Tree Ninjas are the main antagonists of the Happy Tree Friends spin-off series Ka-Pow!.
They are a group of ninjas (usually a trio when in action), that always tries to make Buddhist Monkey go insane by ruining and destroying all his beloved goods. They are sent out by the Dark Shadow Lord, who will punish them in case of failure.
Appearance[]
The Generic Tree Ninjas appear as green/brownish bears (depends on the episode), they are habitually seen wearing generic ninja suits with a belt and symbols on their chest, most likely pointing out which type of place they are assaulting (for example; tree symbol was seen when assaulting a garden, books while assaulting a library etc...).
Biography[]
Enter the Garden[]
They make their first appearance in this episode. Buddhist Monkey is seen meditating in his garden, some time passes by and he notices a what seems to be "dark matter" coming from behind. A few seconds later the ninjas appear popping out of the sky. In the rear of "introducing" themselves, they start their plan of destruction. After almost all of the garden has been vandalized, Buddhist Monkey is on the verge of madness, and starts slowly kill the ninjas. Whilst this was happening, the ninjas tried to defend themselves using a pitchfork, rakes and garden trowel, even resorting to self-duplication, but still failed, and got them all murdered in the end.
Books of Fury[]
In this episode, Buddhist Monkey is at the library reading a book. Not much later he starts hearing some suspicious sounds around him. While checking around he notices vandalized books thrown on the ground and starts panicking. By realizing what's going on, he runs behind a bookshelf, and he spots the Generic Tree Ninjas emerging from a table. Again, past their introduction, they start destroying and vandalizing library properties, thus leading Buddhist Monkey crazy. Shortly after all the suffering, Buddhist Monkey's had enough, and decides to stop them. In this fight Buddhist Monkey struggled a bit more. The Generic Tree Ninjas were equipped with pencils and a highlighter. In the end Buddhist Monkey once again manages to defeat them all, also leading to destroying half of the library.
Three Courses of Death[]
In this episode they only make a minor appearance at the beginning, when they are once again seen fighting Buddhist Monkey. After this short summary, a Generic Tree Ninjas is seen entering what seems to be the Dark Shadow Lord's base coming back from a failed mission, shortly after the ninja gets on his knees, probably praying to not get punished. Despite this, the Dark Shadow Lord punishes him anyway, by touching his forehead three times with his finger leading to eye-bleeding and later complete eyeball explosion ending with complete pulverization. This is the last time they have been seen with a relevant role.

- Their survival rate in the show is 0%.
- Despite their aggressive appearances, their main goals at the beginning of each episode seems more to ruin the area than to actually kill Buddhist Monkey.
