The German Empire (German: Deutsches Kaiserreich), also commonly known as Germany, are the main antagonists of the 2016 first-person shooter video game Battlefield 1 and playable main antagonists/protagonists in its multiplayer mode.
Overview[]
The German Empire, established in 1871, was a vast and influential empire that exerted control over significant territories in Europe, Africa, and Oceania, including certain Chinese cities. Despite being a late colonizer they held a fair grip on the world and contested with nations such as Britain, and France the two other influential colonizers of the time. Germany held its own during WW1 but often found itself having to assist Austria, and Turkey(Bulgaria held its own). This and their poor decision(The zimmerman telegram) led to their downfall which sparked an hatred in them which would lead to WW2.
In the early 20th century, the German Empire held a prominent position as a leading member of the Central Powers during World War I. Alongside Austria-Hungary, the Ottoman Empire, and Bulgaria, the German Empire actively participated in a range of military campaigns. It faced significant challenges on multiple fronts, engaging in battles and offensives against the Entente powers.
Following the conclusion of the war, the victorious Entente powers imposed stringent terms on the German Empire through the Treaty of Versailles. The empire experienced significant territorial losses and was subjected to reparations, leading Emperor Wilhelm to abdicate.
The dissolution of the German Empire marked a pivotal moment in history, leading to the establishment of the Weimar Republic and shaping the subsequent course of German politics and international relations.

The German Empire isn't an evil organization it is played off as one in this wiki. This is because they are the opposing team in the BF1 war stories, so please take this article with a grain of salt. In WW1 everyone was the bad guy. But while yes the Germans were militaristic, every other country, yes including the entente were the same.
