Ghengis the Lion is both the protagonist and an antagonist in the Ghenis & Khannie segment in Wacky World of Tex Avery.

He's a lion who appears to be a parody of Ghengis Khan. He cannot rule over his rival (a female Panda named Khannie). Ghengis and his army travel from place to place.

Personlity

Ghengis is a cruel, arrogant, wrathful, cold-hearted, power hungry, greedy, lion barbarian who seek to conquer the entire world with an army of barbarian soldiers, despire his intimidating persona, Ghengis is incompetent, clueless, and gullible, as he always fail miserablty to conquer the world due to the interference of Khannie the Panda who always outwits and defeated the lion with her innocent and curious personlity. 

Ghengis has a hatred toward Khannie, as she always kept foiling his plans and ultimately making a fool out of him. Ghengis even wants Khannie destroyed as revenge for his humilation, showing the lion has regards of killing a innocent child for his own intent.

Trivia

• In the Power Pooch segment "Power Pooch No More" Ghengis is one of the guest cameos who appeared as a "cool" toy (the other 2 were Sagebrush Sid and Mooch the Fox).
• In one Tex Avery segment, Sagebrush Sid uses an army that looks similar to Ghengis's to get through Tex's fort.
