It looks similar to an ordinary Krabby Patty, with the only difference being that it's much bigger.
Biography[]
While looking for spare change like usual, Mr. Krabs notices that there's an overgrown soy bean near Sandy's Treedome. Interested to know what could have enlarged the plant, Mr. Krabs asks Sandy for a tour of her home. Sandy reveals that she used growth serum to make the soy bean grow, which prompts Mr. Krabs to use it on a Krabby Patty. Mr. Krabs uses Sandy's phone to call SpongeBob and tell him to bring a Krabby Patty to test the serum on, however, SpongeBob arrives with the patty before the call finishes. Sandy agrees to use the serum on the patty, but only a single drop. The experiment works, much to Mr. Krabs' satisfaction. Mr. Krabs smells something stinky, and Sandy excuses herself to the restroom, leaving the serum with Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs poura all of the serum on the patty for another money making scheme, however, the patty keeps growing .
Havock ensues with the customers fleeing from the Krusty Krab. SpongeBob and Squidward try to flee too, only for them to be stopped by Mr. Krabs, who tries to get them to stay at the Krusty Krab and work until Squidward points out the flaw in his plan, and Mr. Krabs sees his cash register getting buried by the patty. Mr. Krabs tries to save the register, but gets swallowed up by the patty as punishment for causing all of this in the first place. SpongeBob and Squidward run away as the patty devours the Krusty Krabby. Plankton sees the patty and thinking that it's the biggest patty he's ever seen, he runs up to it. SpongeBob tries to warn Plankton to get away from it, however, he doesn't listen and approaches it and worships it before getting swallowed as well. Now expanding to a colossal scale, the patty stars devouring all of Bikini Bottom.
SpongeBob runs home and goes to Gary, who did not heed the warning until SpongeBob gets him out before the house is completely absorbed. SpongeBob wakes up Patrick, who was dreaming of the event. SpongeBob tells Patrick about the danger and they get out before Patrick's house gets destroyed. They go to Sandy's, hoping to find a solution to the problem, however, they find out that it was destroyed. Sandy calls to SpongeBob from her helicopter, and reveals that the only way to reverse the extending process is for SpongeBob to get in direct contact with the patty. SpongeBob complies and absorbs the patty's meat, finally putting and end to the madness and allowing everything to go back to normal. The episode ends with Mr. Krabs selling rare absorbed Krabby Patties while SpongeBob makes them with his thumb from the patty because he's elongated with absorbed patty meat.

The Giant Krabby Patty is likely a parody of TheBlob from the 1958 and 1988 movies of the same name as they both expand in mass and absorb people into themselves.
A giant sentient Krabby Patty previously came to life in the video game SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab. However, the Supersized Patty is sentient as a whole, whereas the Giant Krabby Patty only contains the meat being sentient.
