Giant Krabs is the main antagonist of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Plankton and the beanstalk". He is a giant and the owner of the Ye Old Krusty Krab restaurant.
Plankton narrates a fairytale about an alternate version of him called Jack Plankton, who is seen holding a coin in sadness, with his chum farm all dried up. He finds a slot machine that gives him the chance to win a magic bean. Jack hits the jackpot and gets the magic bean, and he then goes home and shows it to Clockwork Karen. She's disappointed in him, but decides to feed him the bean, however, the bean then grows into a beanstalk from Jack's mouth into the sky.
Jack ends up at a castle called the Ye Old Krusty Krab, with him wondering if anyone there can make him rich. He then hears laughter and confuses it for choking, and he then runs under and tries to save whoever is making the sound. It turns out that the one making the sound was SpongeGoose, who frightens Jack. Jack then tries to hide from SpongeGoose, only for SpongeGoose to pech him up and eat him. Jack and SpongeGoose suddenly hear stomping sounds, and Jack proceeds to hide in the Goose 's holes. It's then revealed that the sound were coming from Giant Krabs, who initially believes to smell the blood of a "bottomite", but actually smells SpongeGoose 's flatulence instead. Giant Krabs puts SpongeGoose on a nest and brings out SquidHarp to play music so that SpongeGoose will dance. Giant Krabs' actions harm SquidHarp, but also cause SpongeGoose to lay a edible, Golden Krabby Patty. Jack gets thrown out of the Goose's hole and stepped on, but soon encounters another Golden Krabby Patty. Jack then attempts to escape with the patty, but Giant Krabs catches him and feeds him to SpongeGoose, only for Jack to then escape via SpongeGoose's holes. Jack runs away with SpongeGoose and rides back down the beanstalk, but they both slip off, so Jack "abandons goose, which turns out to be a mistake, as he falls on the land while SpongeGoose softly lands on the floor. Giant Krabs climbs down the beanstalk to get revenge on Jack for taking SpongeGoose, but Jack destroys the storybook mold and shoots a laser, which cuts the beanstalk and causes Giant Krabs to fall down and destroy Jack's cottage.
Jack uses Giant Krabs' shell and SpongeGoose's ability to lay golden Krabby Patties to create his own successful restaurant known as the Golden Patties Shop. A shell-less Giant Krabs shows up and orders a double gold patty combo, but Jack refuses to give him his order, with him stating "no shirt, no shoes, no shell, no service", which disappoints Giant Krabs.
