He is portrayed by Shugo Oshinari.
History[]
As the Game Master, Girori monitored the Desire Grand Prix in a private sector of the Desire Temple. He communicated with its navigator Tsumuri as the tournament was going on. When the Kamen Riders were not participating in the DGP, Girori posed as a concierge to keep tabs on him.
While he was initially fine with Ace Ukiyo's winning streak, after Ace began using his wishes to get himself closer to learning about the Desire Grand Prix, Girori targeted him for elimination. When Ace wished for the staff of the DGP to become his family, Girori took the role of his father while Tsumuri became his sister. In the next round of the game, Girori had DGP Staff member Win Hareruya infiltrate the members that were selected to participate, in order to covertly knock off Ace before he had a chance to win.
However, during the round at the mansion, Win unwittingly revealed his true intentions to Ace. Seeing that Girori was deliberately sabotaging Ace, Niram, the Game Producer, arranged for a buckle to be sent to Ace to tip the game back to being fair.
Ace would later get close to Win during the round with the Kakurenbo Jyamato after the two of them lost their Drivers. Ace learned from Win that Girori was the game master, before helping him get back his Driver from the Jyamato Riders. After this, Girori decided to intervene personally in the game. Transforming into Kamen Rider Glare, Girori used one of his drones to mind control Win before defeating Ace and booting him from the Desire Grand Prix.
Girori would later have Win removed from the DGP with no explanation, leaving only Keiwa, Neon and Michinaga to face the game's "Last Boss". However, after Michinaga was fatally wounded by the Last Boss, Tsumuri was able to exploit a loophole using an earlier wish by Ace where he wrote down that his desire was to participate in the DGP until death to give Ace back his Core ID and Desire Driver. Now Geats once again, Ace fought and defeated the Last Boss.
However, Girori did not end the DGP just yet. Instead, he set up an extra round where Keiwa and Neon would have to hunt down and defeat Ace in order to become the next Desire God. To make it easier for them, Girori sent several other DGP Riders whom he had brainwashed after Ace, including Punkjack. However, after Neon saw Punkjack be made by Girori to perform a suicide bomb attempt on Ace, she lost the will to continue fighting. Keiwa would later fight Ace himself, but allowed Ace to gain the upper hand in order to make Kamen Rider Glare appear to assist him. Once Glare was in the open, Keiwa attacked him. He was then joined by Ace and Neon, and together the three DGP Riders battled Glare. Although Girori was able to outmatch all three of them with Glare's powers, Niram intervened and canceled Girori's transformation as punishment for interfering in the game and breaking the DGP's rules. Informing Girori that his position was expendable, Niram snapped his fingers and made Girori disappear.
At the season finale of DGP, initiated by Suel, Girori is rehired back as a Game Master. However, upon learning the dark side of the DGP, by learning that the civilians are forced to kill each other as the End Riders to survive than being killed by the Game Master on sight, even if they either refused to kill their opponent or decline the invitation, Girori ultimately sides with Ace, having realize that he shares a same goal as him on ending the chaos. After Ace became a god, then permanently killed both Suel and erased DGP, mainly those who are loyal to Suel such as Black Tsumuri and Samas, whereas Ziin, Kyuun and Tsumuri are spared from being erased, Giroli voluntarily let himself by erased in peace, while telling both Black Tsumuri and Samas that their erasure is the will of the audiences, with the future of humanity is up to them to decide from now.
