Glitch is a minor character in the 2022 Roblox horror game Doors.
It is an entity that acts as failsafe for player when rooms fail to generate correctly. Despite being an antagonist, it helps the player.
Appearance[]
Glitch appears as a dark-purple humanoid with multiple purple cubes sticking out of its body. It also emits an aura with the appearance of TV static.
Biography[]
Glitch can rarely spawn in a round if the ability to properly spawn into a room fails, teleporting the player forward to the room they need to be in.
Trivia[]
- Glitch was created for a development issue. After the players exit a room, it will unload which allows more room for new rooms that spawn in. As such, Glitch was made so the player would not get trapped in the unloaded area.
- However, after the Hotel+ Update was introduced, it can no longer spawn if the player is behind from the others. This role was given to the Void.
- Glitch is still able to spawn in The Rooms and The Backdoor
