The Glitch Gremlin is a villain who appeared in the Game Glitches episode of the Angry Video Game Nerd. In order to annoy the AVGN, he glitches up video games (mostly NES games, due to them being known for glitching up). His biggest fears are Q-tips and cleaning solution as seen in the episode.
He is seen again in Zelda II Review and in the Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures.
Angry Video Game Nerd: Game Glitches
When glitch occur in the nerd's games and says the Game Graphic Glitch Gremlin's name, the Glitch Gremlin appears. When the nerd plays punch out he glitches the game. The nerd also explains how to remove Glitch Gremlins. He explains Q-tips and cleaning solutions to clean them out of games and he removes the Glitch Gremlin. Later, the nerd explains a game illusion the Glitch Gremlin made to fool the nerd as he new the nerd made it far but later the nerd got the pattern.
After the Nerd finishes explaining about game glitch and plays Rocky on the PS2, the glitch Gremlin appears again and glitches the game. When the nerd restarts the game it seems to work until the Glitch Gremlin puts down Spider Rico and Rocky Balboa. Later the Glitch Gremlin makes Rocky Balboa with wide eyes and no jaw and Spider Rico with no jaw which makes them look undead. After that the nerd chooses Clubber Lang but the Glitch Gremlin makes Clubber Lang extremely misshapen and when the nerd takes the cd out he notices the Glitch Gremlin on it and throws and breaks the disk. The Glitch Gremlin glitches the nerd's room.
