Goberius

Goberius is one of the Warrior Beasts and an antagonist in the Great Mazinger anime, only appearing in the episode "Killer Blow! The Drill Pressure Punch!!".

History

Goberius was launched by General Draydou. He then took an aggressive action against the city with his destructive missiles, then he and Diacus attacked Venus A. When a rock hit him, Goberius attacked Boss Borot with his missiles, then Borot Pressure Punch attacked Goberius. After a temporary stop in action to hurt Borot by an electric shock, Goberius took Kenzo Kabuto away illegally by force at the Science Lab and headed in the direction of the Mikelos. The Great Mazinger then decapitated Goberius, whereas the headless body was accidentally destroyed by one of Mikelos' powerful lasers.

Appearance

Goberius is an amphibious Warrior Beast that resembles a large green lizard. He has sharp teeth, a light green underbelly, pink eyes, a gray metal pack on his back with wings that enable him to fly, bright green front feet resembling fins, and a pair of silver drill-like horns on top of his head. He also has a true face located on his forehead.

Powers and Abilities

Goberius has an ability to fly through the thrusters and wings on his back that can become more extensive, otherwise they can retract. His six-tube rocket launcher has an ability to shift toward a higher point. Goberius' tongue has an ability to catch or electrocute opponents. He also has a capability of propelling his body through water by using his limbs.
