The Goblin King is a supporting antagonist in The Princess and the Goblin. He is, of course, the king of the Goblins, and the father of Prince Froglip. He is always having a cold. Sometimes, he manages to hold in his sneezes, and other times he lets it out.
He is voiced by Robin Lyons.

First, he begins saying that they will get revenge on the sun people, the name goblins use for humans, for exiling the goblins underground centuries ago. He explains they will do that by flooding the mines, his wife the Queen finishing for him because he can't finish due to his cold. However, he participates in with his son's idea of marrying Princess Irene, which would result in the humans having no choice but to accept the goblins as their rulers.
During the battle in the castle, the Goblin King has his goblins capture the King of the castle (Irene's widowed father), tying him up with a Goblin Snake.
Then, he himself orders the goblins to flood the mines, but because Curdy overheard his plan, the miners blocked off the path, inadvertently rerouting the water through the tunnel the goblins made to invade the castle, sending the goblins, who retreated through it, back up into the castle. Finally, he is shown being washed away through a breach in the castle wall, off a high cliff in the flood to his death, along with his wife the Queen.
