Gol is one of the subordinates of Gon Jem under Gon Jem Shittenoh and an antagonist from Metal Armor Dragonar.
Appearance[]
Gol is a bulky dark-skinned man with black hair and an E tattoo on his face.
Biography[]
Gol alongside Gon Jem and Ganan, first appear in the office of the Chinese Giganos base where they are shown pictures of the three Dragonar pilots. Following an argument Gon had with the commander, Gol fired his machine gun into the air, wrecking the room. Gon reprimanded him for this. He is later seen at Gon Jem's speech regarding the military where he fires his machine gun into the sky.
Later, he joins his superior and comrades for a meal, where Gon talks about how the Dragonars will be their opponents as they are the Earth military's trump cards. He takes some of Min's food, much to her annoyance. Zin remarks about Min wanting to eat in peace. Min, however, tells him not to joke about it and asks him who would eat with Gol. Gon Jem tells Gol to calm down and not fight with Min.
Later upon stumbling upon a village in search of the Dragonar team, Gol grabs a pig with one hand that belonged to a little girl, leading to them forcing her family to shelter the team when they kidnap Linda and Rose. Later, when Gol decides to take on the Dragonars, Gon orders Ganan to support him. Gol takes on Kaine in a fight that knocks his Dragonar out of the air. However, Kaine tries to break free by using his beam saber. But Gol spins him around by the leg and throws his defenseless Dragonar at Light and Tapp before throwing him into the chasm. Gon tells him there is no need to kill those three and must retreat.
Later when Kaine frees her, she provokes a fight between Gol and Zin in order to escape. Later, after the group spread false info on the Dragonars, he plants the Ground Spider missile traps and hides within a hole. Later when _ flies by, they trigger the trap intended for the Dragonars, which also sends them towards Linda and Ben Rooney's jeep, where the two barely manage to survive.
This leads to him pursuing Linda, which prompted her to contact the Dragonar pilots, who intervene in his stalking. Kaine calls him out on the trouble he brought Linda. Shortly after this, the remaining missile traps backfire on him and his Metal Armor crashes into the ground and is in pieces. Soon after this, he comes across his decimated troops, much to his anger. Soon after this, Gon Jem chides him for his idiocy as it was what cost them a great deal of men.
He then orders Gol to find the Dragonars. After Gon borrows a laser cannon from the hidden Giganos factory, Gol directs its aim in an attempt for Gol to kill off the Dragonar pilots. However, much to his fury, both their Metal Armors and the pilots survived. He throws several grenades at them when they attempt to escape, but this attempt to kill them had failed. After the second and third beams fail, Gol attempts to strike them down while they are down, but this attempt was thwarted, which lead to him being caught but surviving in a fourth beam. His Metal Armor however got damaged.
When Gol's Metal Armor gets damaged after getting caught in the fourth beam of a laser cannon borrowed from the hidden Giganos factory, Ganan, alongside Min and Zin is out to replace him in the search for the Dragonars. After he replaced Gon as the one manning the cannon, he managed to temporarily render them immobile with a fifth beam, but Kaine, throws his Dragonar's shield into the turret, mortally wounding Gol in the explosion. When Gon came over to his side, Gol asks if Gon is happy that he shot at the Dragonars once before dying from his injuries. A funeral pyre was enacted for Gol soon after.
