Lisa Snart , also known Golden Glider is a minor character of the adult animated series, Harley Quinn and the deuteragonist in its spin-off series Kite Man: Hell Yeah! She is the girlfriend of Kite Man and the younger sister of Captain Cold.
She was voiced by Cathy Ang in Harley Quinn and by Stephanie Hsu in Kite Man: Hell Yeah!, who also portrayed Jobu Tupaki in Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Lisa using her powers
- Astral Form: Lisa was born with astral projection powers. Unable to control her powers in her childhood, she killed her parents when it manifested for the first time. However, she managed to (almost) control her powers over time.
