The Golem is a Precious Creature sought after by the Gordom Civilization and an antagonist in episode 43 of GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
History[]
It was held by Santa Claus after it's destructive power leveled a European village in the past. It was controlled by a plate which read "Shem" in Hebrew. Without the control plate embedded in its forehead, the Golem was harmless and the size of a small toy. In the present, the newest Santa, a cheerful girl, gave the golem to a boy who wanted a toy robot because of its resemblance. However, upon receiving the golem, the boy thought it was lame.
Arch Priest Gajah sought after the Golem, hoping to use its destructive power for the Gordom Civilization's purposes. Gajah stole Santa's bag, unaware that she had already given to the boy, and mistook a doll which was the only toy left in the bag as the golem. After his attempts to bring it to life with the control plate didn't work, Gajah realized his mistake and went after the real golem. Gajah was able to use the plate to lure the golem away from the boy, before placing the plate on it to make it grow giant and sending it on a rampage. However, the Boukengers were able to defeat the golem by erasing the first letter on its plate ("Emet", meaning "truth) so it read "Meit" (meaning "death"), thus causing the golem to dissolve.
