The Goonsphere Being is the main antagonist in the episode “Gooning” of Meatcanyon indie animated series Melvins Macabre.

He is voiced by Hunter August Hancock who also voiced most of the villains in his series.

Appearance

The Goonsphere creature has the appearance of a humanoid monster with similarities to a sperm, its head is clearly similar to a sperm cell membrane. The creature also has bubbles on its neck that burst when it is injured and when all these bubbles burst the creature can faint.

Biography

The Goonsphere Being comes from a dimension eons away from the Earth's dimensional plane, and uses pleasure as a form of power, in his dimension everything vaguely resembles reproductive systems and he probably rules it. Luke is a boy who spends a lot of his time stimulating himself to feel pleasure, he produces so much pleasure that he attracts the creature.

After giving Luke the Goonsphere, Luke opens it by masturbating and accessing the dimensional portal. Luke's adoptive father, Melvin, and Luke's three friends go to look for him in the dimension where creatures capture them. The creature begins to kill two of Luke's friends, but the adoptive father yells at Luke saying that he has always loved them and to him Luke is a son, this awakens Luke who gives up the creature's powers and fights it to see who can masturbate the fastest.

The creature is defeated but vows revenge while the group escapes from its grip.
