Destruction God Gordom is the god which the Gordom Civilization was founded upon and one of the three overarching antagonists of GoGo Sentai Boukenger alongside the Demon Bird and Ouga.
History[]
40,000 years ago, Gordom fell to Earth from space and formed the basis of the Gordom Civilization, whose people worshipped him as a so-called "destruction god" and used the power and technology he bestowed onto them to dominate the seas. Among the relics Gordom left behind were his Heart and Brain, both of which were used to power the Gordom Civilization. At some point, Gordom Civilization would fall into the sea, with Arch Priest Gajah, their last surviving member, being preserved in suspended animation.
In present day, the Boukengers sought out both the Heart of Gordom and Brain of Gordom as Precious. A reawakened Gajah used the Heart of Gordom to power Giant God Gordom, a stone war machine built in Gordom's image, and sent it to attack the Boukengers, but the Boukengers defeated it and extracted the Heart from it. They would then come into conflict with Jaryuu Clan, who also sought to obtain the Brain of Gordom, butthe Boukengers were retrieve it first and lock both it and the Heart up in the Precious Bank.
Gajah would later assault the Precious Bank, seeking to merge with both the Heart and Brain of Gordom in order to recreate the deity within himself and become one with it. He was able to obtain the Heart, which he used to mutate himself into Gajadom and declare himself one with the deity, but the Brain had been moved to a secret secondary location. Because Gajah was defeated by the Boukengers, Gordom was never fully recreated.
