Gorilla Grodd is one of the major antagonists from DC Vs Vampires. He is a General of the Vampire seeking the help of the Master of Vampire to rule the Earth.
Grodd turns into a vampire killing most members of the Legion of Doom leaving Lex Luthor alive to torture. Andrew encountered a grievously wounded Lex Luthor, who the vampires left alive to torture. Lex gave Andrew a syringe containing his blood and an address to deliver it to and then asked Andrew to kill him. Lex's dying wish was for the world to know it had him to thank as a savior. Gorilla Grodd and Scarecrow found Luthor dead he smelled someone in here sound alarm, but Andrew had escaped.
Gorilla Grodd arrives at an office building in Gotham City. He goes after Red Hood first and attempts to throw him out the window until Batgirl stabbing Grodd in the back saves Red Hood's life while Grodd turns into a bat fly out the window to escape.
DC vs Vampire World War V[]
Grodd was invited by John Constantine to ask him to wait until he came in. Other humans were in the cabin because of a meeting he was late for three hours but only one more coming he asked Grodd surprised to see a vampire Oliver getting ready to fight but he had not come here to fight wanted to save peace not a war green Arrow not trust him John break up the fighting he the one invited him. He brings a message from Queen Gordon Damian Wayne who has causing trouble against them must be stopped. Lois Lane tells him Damian is a vampire and certainly does not agree that their kind and vampires aren’t ours. Grodd reaches a bolding point and deals with him, or they will Tila Al Ghul steps holding a knife threatening him kill her son will kill him, or Queen Constantine stop the fighting again Grodd leaves and stops Damian, or next time nearly as friendly.
Grodd returns to Gotham to report Gordon for dealing with the cursed child's whereabouts Aquaman taunts him and if they do even act of war Barbara grabs Aquaman and reminds him never to break the deal she wants to be alone. She hears something step out of the shadow it is Hush Grodd trying to save the queen but is ambushed by vampires keeping him busy Hush brings messages from Damian only buster in flames she falls off the tower.
Grodd and Aquaman talk about who be next throne Aquaman plays nice to the humans for too long and starts the war again Grodd does not besmirch the queen. Further questions him about humans which scares him so much he is not concerned with them. When a mysterious woman came by not fight but her offer, she wanted to discuss the child.
Humans and vampires' withdrawal Darksied invaders went to hiding until saved by Arsenal, Cybrog, and the rest. Humans meet with Queen Barbara in Batcave to call a truce and band together to take down Darkseid. Grodd tells them Mister Miracle and his child are still alive locked up by Atlantis.
Powers and Abilities[]
Grodd has superhuman strength and durability far greater than ordinary gorillas and he has enhanced senses which allows him to hold his own. He has the ability of vampire powers as well.
