The Gorma Triumvirate were the main three commanding members of the Gorma Tribe led by Lieutenant Colonel Shadam, the battlefield commanders and leaders of the Gorma Minions and the central antagonists of Gosei Sentai Dairanger.

As with all members of the Gorma, the Gorma Triumvirate born in China under the Daos Empire as a human imbued with the evil Yo Power some 8000 years ago. Quickly rising through the ranks of the Gorma, Lieutenant Colonel Shadam became military commander alongside his comrades Lieutenant Colonel Gara and Major Zydos. When the Gorma Tribe declared war on the other two tribes of the Daos Empire some 8000 years ago, Shadam was the one who spearheaded their military campaign. After the conflict resulted in both sides being devastated and the Gorma almost completely wiped out, Shadam (as one of the few survivors) created clay doppelgangers of all the upper Gorma leadership, giving them fake memories to make them believe they were real. Unbeknownst to Shadam however, he himself was a clay puppet.
Dairanger[]
In 1993, the Gorma Triumvirate reemerge to begin their conquest once more with Shadam and the Gorma Triumvirate serving as the commanders of their invasion. However, they face resistance from the descendants of the Dai warriors who fought against the Gorma in the past; the Dairangers. Although they initially operate independently, their power is eventually undermined by Akomaru and the Three Ladies of Hell who the Gorma Emperor makes superordinate to the Gorma Triumvirate. After Akomaru and the Three Ladies' deaths, the Triumvirate are brought to the Gorma Palace which has come to Earth with the Gorma working against the Dairangers as a single organisation.
Eventually, after the death of Akomaru and Ikazuchi, Shadam makes his move by calling for the Gorma Emperor to be dethroned and demands the Earth-Shaking Jewel. Desperate to avoid this, Kaku and his old ally remove the Dairangers' powers and challenges Shadam to a duel where he has the upper-hand. However, after Gara and Zydos destroy the towers giving him extra power at the cost of the latter's life, Kaku loses all power and is killed as Shadam declares victory. When confronted by Shadam though, the Emperor refuses and attempts to use the Earth Shaking Jewel to kill Shadam himself. However, Shadam reveals the Emperor's true nature as a clay puppet created by Shadam himself and a pawn to make Shadam become the new Gorma Emperor just as Shadam makes the Emperor crumble into mud. Becoming Gorma Emperor XVI, Shadam seeks to use the Earth Shaking Jewel to dominate the entire world but also becomes cursed by the same madness that had afflicted its previous wielders.
When the Dairangers attack the Gorma Palace, Gara faced Daigo and Rin, the former of whom desires vengeance against Gara for Kujaku's death. However, Kujaku then appears in spirit with the spirit of the real Gara, revealing that Gara had actually forgiven her long ago and the one they are facing wi nothing more than a clay doppelganger who then dissolves into mud. After Daijinryuu appears, the Earth Shaking Jewel abandons Shadam to appease the mighty god's wrath. Shadam attempts to flee the Gorma Palace but is confronted by Ryo in the throne room and fights him in a knife duel. After being beaten and impaled on his own knife by Ryo, Shadam is revealed as nothing more than a clay puppet much to his own horror. Despite begging for health, Shadam crumbles into clay which kills him and puts an end to the Gorma Triumvirate.
50 years later though, in 2043, the Gorma Tribe and the New Gorma Monster emerges so it is likely that the Gorma Triumvirate return as well.

- The Gorma Triumvirate's name and nature are in reference to the ancient Roman First Triumvirate with each member representing one of the Romans.
- Shadam is Julius Caesar; a traitorous general who fed stories to the Senate that allowed him to control and manipulate the vote so he could become general. His fight against Master Kaku is a parallel to Caesar's famous fight against another member of the Triumvirate; Pompey the Great.
- Gara is Marcus Licinius Crassus; a rich and powerful person who acts as the financial and economic power behind the Triumvirate.
- Zydos is Gnaeus Pompeius "Pompey the Great" Magnus: a very strong and powerful general who is the strongest and most experienced of the Triumvirate.
