Gozo Domoto is a member of the NEVER terrorist group and a supporting antagonist of Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate.
He uses the T2 Metal Memory to transform into the Metal Dopant.

Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate[]
Gozo was originally a young farmer who died protecting a piece of land from developers. He was later revived as a Necro-Over by Katsumi Daido and joined NEVER.
Gozo went with NEVER on their mission to Futo City to retrieve the 26 T2 Gaia Memories. He fought Shotaro as Kamen Rider Joker and was defeated by him with the Rider Punch Maximum Drive.
The Fateful Sengoku Movie Battle[]
The Metal Dopant was summoned by the God Tree and was part of a monsters army led by Nepenthes Inhumanoid to prevent Kamen Riders Wizard, Beast, Gaim, Ryugen, Baron, and Zangetsu from stopping Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim from acquiring the ultimate power. He was defeated by OOO Arms's OOO Bash with the Medajalibur along with the Luna Dopant, Hagetaka Yummy, and Sphinx.
