Grand Admiral Baldrick is a minor antagonist in Blackadder's Christmas Carol. He is the alternate reality descendent of Mr. Baldrick who came into power because Ebenezer Blackadder decided to stay good.
He was portrayed by Tony Robinson, who also portrayed Baldrick's other incarnations.
Biography[]
In an alternate future in which Ebenezer Blackadder remained good, Mr. Baldrick's descendants would lead the dark segment of fleet of Queen Asphyxia XIX, while Blackadder's descendent became the admiral's slave. However, when it came to wiping out the Marmidons he failed miserably and even accidently dropped a bomb on his own army. He then said that he forgot to bring the Queen's gift.
Personality[]
As expected with most Baldrick's, Grand Admiral Baldrick is an incompetent imbecile who cannot to the simplest of tasks such as remembering the name of his slave. He does at least seem somewhat remorseful for the consequences of his idiocy, as he does apologize for accidently bombing his army.
