Grand Marshal Deathmark is the Pharaoh-like High Commander of the Dark Science Empire Deathdark commander, the most trusted minion of Fuhrer Taboo, Deathdark's second in command and the secondary antagonist of Dai Sentai Goggle V. He is served by his handmaidens, Bella and Beth.
He is played by the late Yousuke Naka who previously played Admiral Majin in Kamen Rider Skyrider.

Past[]
Since iron was discovered in ancient Turkey, Deathdark has existed and manipulated the world from the shadows for the purpose of destroying humanity and placed a role in the destruction of many advanced civilizations in the ancient world. They continued to gain access to new technology either through self development or through infiltration of new developments by humanity which they stole and adapted for their own usages, generally experimenting their discoveries on humans in the field. Deathmark was Taboo's most trusted aide but was put into a hypnotic sleep some centuries ago so he could learn better fighting techniques.
Google V[]
In 1982, after the repeated failures of Dr. Zazoriya and Dr. Iguana to destroy the Google V, Fuhrer Taboo reawakens Grand Marshal Deathdark who tasks Zazoriya and Iguana with gathering the life energy of humans to feed to him so he can become fully recharged. After their plan is thwarted by Goggle V, Deathmark puts them to death for their numerous failures, marking the time that Deathdark becomes more serious and less humorous. Deathmark and the other generals of the Deathdark create and utilize numerous plans and strategies to eliminate the Goggle V and help Führer Taboo to take over the Earth. However, all of their plans are ultimately foiled by the Goggle V and the heroes save the world again and again. Deathmark ultimately develops a great rivalry with Deathgiller, his fellow Deathdark general as the two Deathdark commanders frequently compete for the place of the second-in-command of Deathdark and the trust of their superior and master Führer Taboo. However, while they can work with each other and create plans of fighting the Goggle V, they often quarrel and oppose each other.
Deathmark usually stays in the Deathtopia, devising the plans to terrorize humanity for Taboo. After the death of Deathgiller, however, Deathmark took takes to the battlefield and wields a demonic sword that utterly defeats Goggle V. However, he meets his demise when the Goggle V change their tactic by ramming the Goggle Golden Spear into him, slaying him in process.
Turboranger[]
During the Turborangers' first battle against the Hundred Bohma Tribes, they are joined by all ten previous Super Sentai teams which includes Google Five. As the Sentai challenge the Bohma's view that they are all useless, the narrator recalls the Denzimen's many battles which includes Grand Marshal Deathmark's first appearance.
Personality[]
Deathmark was a highly cunning, intelligent, calculating, determined and experienced commander of the Deathdark empire who would stop at nothing destroy the Goggle V and conquer the world for his master Führer Taboo. He was highly intelligent, calculating and motivated, always calculating his plans and schemes properly and for a long time with an extreme calculation and hard planning. He was an expert tactician and possessed high intelligence and was one of Taboo's most intelligent and valuable followers. Deathmark could see through all angles and circumstances of the battle, and quickly calculate the intentions and goals of his enemies and prove his brilliant intelligence. Deathmark possessed a difficult and complicated relationships with his colleague and fellow Deathdark member Deathgiller.
While they followed the same goal of helping their master Taboo to enforce the will and domination of the Deathdark over the Earth, but Deathgiller was highly envious of Deathmark newly appointed position as the Deathdark second-in-command, ultimately beginning their personal rivalry. Despite his nature as a villain and a terrorist, Deathmark wasn't completely evil as, despite being a villain, he was a fair and honest player, always fought the Rangers fairly and never cheated, even possessing some sort of respect to them. Deathmark was also genuinely loyal to Taboo, always polite and friendly to him, and always faithfully followed his orders.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Power: Due to his role as the second-in-command of the Deathdark, Deathmark possessed multiple supernatural abilities, which were demonstrated during the series. He was stronger than any other general of the Deathdark, being the second most powerful behind only Fuhrer Taboo himself.
- Strength: Deathmark took down each member of Google V down with single slashes from his sword.
- Durability: Deathmark survived the Golden Spear attack without a scratch.
- Genius Intelligence: Deathmark possessed a brilliant mind, being one of Deathdark most intelligent and valuable members. He was responsible for the creation of the monsters for the empire and all technical weaponry for the army.
- Expert Combatant: Deathmark was a highly skilled fighter, capable of fighting and outmatching all of Goggle V at once.
- Expert Tactician: Deathmark was an extremely skilled and experienced tactician and could create a cunning and highly unpredictable plans and schemes for achieving his goals and trick and deceive his enemies.
- Holograms Creation: Deathmark could create hologorams of himself to trick his enemies in battle.
- Lightning Manipulation: Deathmark can manipulate and control lightning in battle.
